Feedback on Tiger Eye. (Hospitality and Gastronomy) located in Brisbane City (Queensland)
Overview
So, I recently stumbled upon this place called Tiger Eye, right in the Barracks Shopping Centre on Petrie Terrace in Brisbane. It’s a bar & grill that seems to cater to both quick bites and longer, chill evenings with friends. Honestly, that’s a pretty cool concept if you ask me.
They’re all about juicy meat and good vibes—in fact, their motto might as well be “good food, better music.” I mean, who doesn’t love live tunes while munching on a tender rack of lamb? 😋 I heard they’ve got everything from happy-hour drinks to a menu packed with options, including vegan stuff too. You got your drinkers taken care of with cocktails and local beers galore.
Now, the decor? Well, it’s kind of a mixed bag. Some folks say it’s a bit dreary, and let’s be real, low-hanging lamps and wooden furniture won’t win any awards for style. But hey, it’s laid-back and casual, which can be just what you want after a long day.
And speaking of long days, they open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so there’s something for everyone, even if you’re trying to squeeze in a quick meal before running to the next game.
Parking can be a hassle—two hours free does feel stingy, especially since there are usually empty spots everywhere. But, it’s worth mentioning that the toilets are surprisingly elegant, and who doesn’t appreciate clean facilities?
Overall, I’d say Tiger Eye has potential. With its affordable meals and solid service—sometimes still a bit shaky—the chance to listen to local music while you eat does make it a spot worth checking out. So what do you think? Is it time to give it a shot? 🍔🎶
