Discovering INDU Dining
If you’re roaming around Melbourne and feel a bit peckish, you might wanna swing by INDU Dining, nestled at 86A Collins St. I went there recently, and wow, what an experience!
The vibe is something else—dimly lit, cozy booths, a little romantic if you ask me. They’ve got this smokin’ Sri Lankan and South Indian twist on their menu. Dishes like Goat Leg Dosa and the notable Pork Belly Curry are real showstoppers. I mean, you gotta see how colorful and beautifully presented each plate is!
The staff? Super friendly! They seemed genuinely happy to be there, which added to the whole atmosphere. It’s like they’re on a mission to make your evening special. I heard they’ve been known to accommodate picky eaters and requests for modifications too—bonus points for that!
Now, it ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. I picked up from some folks that certain dishes might need more spice or oomph. It’s a fusion place, after all, and everyone’s taste buds are different. But hey, it seems like most diners leave with smiles, and that’s what matters, right?
Definitely keep your eyes peeled for the cocktail menu. These drinks have been raved about just as much as the food.
INDU’s open for lunch and dinner throughout the week but takes a breather on Sundays and Mondays. Reservations? Totally recommended, especially if you’re going there with a crew, which I hear makes the shared dining experience even better.
Can’t wait to revisit once they roll out their a la carte options again—who knows what new flavors will pop up!
